PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS") CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE STRATUS CUBE'S products or services ("APP"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Subject to these Terms, Stratus Cube grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
The App and all intellectual property rights therein, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Stratus Cube.
You may be able to submit or post content, such as ratings or reviews, through the App ("User Content"). By submitting or posting User Content, you grant Stratus Cube a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

Stratus Cube may terminate these Terms and your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STRATUS CUBE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STRATUS CUBE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF DATA. STRATUS CUBE'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Stratus Cube and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in the United Sttes, and shall be conducted in the English language.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stratus Cube with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Stratus Cube.
